We are looking to hire a talented MEG Field Service Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and a desire to make a difference in the healthcare industry.
Megin is seeking a dynamic and experienced MEG Field Service Engineer to join our UK based team. The role will involve a large amount of traveling to customer sites in the UK and EMEA region.
As a MEGIN MEG Field Service Engineer, you will play an important role in providing technical support and service for MEG devices in the UK and EMEA region, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction via a variety of channels. You would be managing the UK spare-parts and tool stock, with the help of Your EMEA team.
To succeed in this role, there is few must-have qualifications:
- Fluent English Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Field Service Experience: 3-5 years of experience in field service, is a must. (preferably with medical devices).
- Technical Education: A B.Sc. or equivalent technical education in electronics, automation, or machine design is required.
- Driver’s License: A valid UK driver's license is necessary for travel to customer locations.
- Customer Service Attitude: A strong customer service orientation and previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued.
- Project Working Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Linux Operating Systems: Familiarity with Linux operating systems is desirable.
- Flexibility and Prioritizing Skills: Adaptability and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive and Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking the initiative when needed.
- Experience of working with Liquid Helium and/or pressurized gases and familiarity with MEG hardware and software are an advantage.
